Motive - "Service of humanity is practical divinity"
After the heavenly departure of his Guru, Ghor Tapasvi Mahan Chamatkari Pujya Gurudev Shri Faquir Chand Ji Maharaj in 1962 at Jain Samadhi, Tohana, the Shishya Tapsamrat Shri Sahaj Muniji Maharaj, set forth on the path of providing the best eye care to one and all by organizing surgical camps in 1964. Following the ideals of his Guru, with the vision to serve humanity, he established Shri Jain Muni Tapasvi Faqir Chandji Maharaj Charitable Eye Hospital — Tohana in 1973. The Hospital was run and managed by JAIN MUNI TAPASVI FAQIR CHAND Jl CHARITABLE TRUST since 1975. With the blessings of Guruji, approximately xyz people were treated every year (put numbers here). Increasing the scope of care provided, the initiative to establish Charitable Eye and General Hospital was undertaken in 2011. The hospital has been providing care to anyone, regardless of sex, age or race since 2015. These events marked a new era for patient care. JAIN MUNI TAPASVI FAQUIR CHAND Jl CHARITABLE TRUST has been renamed to Guru Faqir Sahaj Jain Charitable Trust and manages the daily functioning of the hospital and Samadhi. In 2019, the hospital has been renamed to Jain Samadhi Multi-speciality Hospital.
Built over approximately one acre of land on Chandigarh Road, near Prem Nagar, Tohana, District Fatehabad, the hospital is within the heart of the city; 500m from the railway station and 1 km from the bus station.
Our state-of-the-art facilities offer a healing environment that supports the visionary care that the Hospital has been delivering for more than half a century. With a highly skilled Medical Team, the hospital offers comprehensive health care in the Departments of General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics and Neonatology,
Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Diabetic
Care, and Physiotherapy. We also have a fully functioning Dialysis Centre and Trauma and Emergency Services. Our in-house pathology lab and radiodiagnosis centre offers services to patients at discounted rates and is accessible to not only patients of the hospital but also visiting patients.

We are very proud of the periodic surgical camps we host performing 1000+ cataract excision surgeries for free. We are devoted in our vision to provide the best healthcare to communities across Haryana and Punjab that are in need and struggling to access the medical care they require.
Keeping our motive of serving humanity in mind, the "Langar, i.e. Mess" at the Jain Samadhi serves nourishing food to anyone turning up on the doorsteps of the Samadhi/Hospital.
